How we handle information for people who use gridlock.ai and the Gridlock network.
This page is maintained by Gridlock Labs to describe how the Gridlock network and this website handle information. It is not a certification or a legal contract. Where a Terms document conflicts, that document governs.
Account and wallet identifiers you connect to the site, request metadata sent through our OpenAI-compatible API (model, tier, latency, token counts), and standard server logs (IP, user agent, timestamps).
We do not require you to submit personal identity documents to use the network.
To route inference requests to eligible workers, to compute SLA outcomes and credit rebates to your billing balance, to operate and secure the site, and to publish aggregate network statistics.
Prompt and response bodies are transmitted to the worker fulfilling your request. Confidential-tier requests are routed to TEE-backed workers where the plaintext is not visible to the operator. Gridlock Labs does not retain prompt or response bodies for training.
The marketing site uses first-party cookies for essential session state and privacy-respecting product analytics. We do not sell personal information.
We use standard hosting, edge, and email infrastructure providers to operate the site and dispatch protocol updates. A current list is available on request.
You may disconnect your wallet at any time, request deletion of account-level data tied to a wallet address, or contact us to exercise applicable privacy rights.
