The rules for using gridlock.ai, our APIs, and the Gridlock network.
By connecting a wallet or using the Gridlock website, API, or worker software, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Gridlock is a decentralized inference network. Requests are routed to independent workers who commit to a latency tier. If a worker misses the tier, the protocol automatically transfers a penalty from the worker's stake to the requester.
You are responsible for your wallet, its keys, and all activity performed with it. We cannot recover lost keys and cannot reverse on-chain transactions.
Do not use the network to produce content that is illegal in your jurisdiction, to attack workers or other users, to misrepresent SLA outcomes, or to circumvent stake and reputation systems.
SLA refunds are calculated and settled by the protocol based on signed receipts. Refund amounts are governed by the tier you select and the current protocol parameters. Gridlock Labs does not process refunds off-chain.
Requests are priced per token and per tier. Fees are quoted at request time and settled from your balance or wallet. Network gas costs are not refundable.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gridlock Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Aggregate liability is limited to fees paid to Gridlock Labs in the previous ninety days.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
